‘The Belvedere Project’ Jobs for our community

The Belvedere has been working closely with employment agency, YourTown, creating ‘The Belvedere Project’ which has seen The Belvedere employ 22 people over last 12 months in medium to longterm employment.

For The Belvedere specifically, this partnership has changed their entire approach towards recruitment processes and procedures, focusing on local jobs and training.

“The most pleasing result… is how this small project has actually helped the overall community.” Max Viterale, Recruitment Consultant at Yourtown

The Belvedere partners with Yourtown as their agency of choice, giving first opportunity for positions to be filled by locals as they come up.
